What is StickyChat?
StickyChat, our conversational AI prototyping tool, assists us during the Conversational AI Sprint. It allows us to efficiently design, train and monitor the chatbot under construction. And, even though this is not required, it can be used in production as well to keep improving and monitoring the chatbot continuously, while providing you with rich analytical data.
